Her experience includes facilitating workshops focused on empathy, dialogue, and stronger working relationships, as well as advising and collaborating with people across teams and organizations.

How the work is approached

Every project begins with listening. What do you need to understand, improve, or communicate?

From there, the work is shaped around your goals and the people involved.

Interaction Mechanics aims to make complex questions easier to work with, bring people’s perspectives into focus, and offer practical next steps. Whether the project involves research, a team workshop, or career coaching, the work is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in your needs.
